Even though the part catalogue is very wide its customer service sucks. I had the incorrect part shipped out - which I returned immediately - and it took over a month for their finance department to refund me. This incurred of course on interesr in my credit card - which I had to deal with since neither customer service nor finance cared about. I had to insisit several times to avoid being ripped off, they didnt want to refund me. If you have the chance to buy on this store.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! This is the worst online shopping experience I've had. Their part arrived broken and took three weeks to get two hours down the road. Spend your money elsewhere!

Shipping speed that they brag about on their website is a joke, everything for my car is either out of stock or delayed because it's in the far reaches of the warehouse from Indiana Jones. Items that were in stock at the time of purchase are suddenly out of stock and are back ordered, no shipping estimate or timelines for delivery given when an item is backordered.
Asked for a refund on a backordered item, it was informed, had to start a case file for non-shipment via PayPal in order to get a refund.
The product was great the shipping fast but they should include shipping time, i didnt know that my product was on the way until i recieved it
Beware, shipping is not included in returning your core parts. Mailing break calipers are expensive. They dont tell you mailing is not excluded. Maybe in fine print somewhere. Going back to Rockauto next time for my parts. Also, they send me two different calipers for the front. One was galvanized and the other was not. Found out during installation. I was not about to tell mechanic to take them off.
The product came as promised. It matches the old radiator but with a little difference in mounting. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the purchase.
The rad has a leak in bottom corner
I know i can return and a new one
But its out of stock BTK radiator and i need this truck for work
I asked if i could just oder one rhats instock and the answer was we will have in soon

Easy to use website with good information on the products and good prices.
Item came DOA. Not a big deal really it happens. BUT the return process. OMG. 20 emails. multiple people. No one working phones because of covid?? multiple people finally responding. Wanting pictures? Its an LED light there is nothing to see. Finally someone sends me an rma email with return postage. I ordered from Amazon next day, part works and NO hassles.
Your return policy is very poor . We are buying from a photo and when the product which fits properly but does not match the look one wants you have to pay to return it because your policy does not have an I just don’t like it return box. If a customer just doesn’t like the product they should be able to get paid return postage ....very poor customer service by phone too
